Who should I contact if a problem arises during the trip?



In the travel documentation that you will receive before departure, you can find the telephone numbers that you can use at any time, clearly marked, and that include the local representative, the insurance company and TravelTailors. Whenever possible, you should first try to solve the situation through the local representative or directly with the hotel or respective service provider, since they will obviously have more possibility of acting in a timely manner and finding a better solution.
